We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support a technology team operating in Colombia with headquarters in the USA. You will be the local HR point of contact: coordinating recruitment logistics, running onboarding and offboarding, and working with the external provider that manages payroll and health insurance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR operations roles
Practical experience with onboarding, offboarding and coordination with external providers
Working knowledge of employment processes, social security and legal benefits in Colombia
Advanced English, C1, spoken and written
Proficiency with HRIS or ATS tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Experience with international companies or US based teams is strongly preferred
