We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support a technology team operating in Colombia with headquarters in the USA. You will be the local HR point of contact: coordinating recruitment logistics, running onboarding and offboarding, and working with the external provider that manages payroll and health insurance.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
\n3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR operations roles
\nPractical experience with onboarding, offboarding and coordination with external providers
\nWorking knowledge of employment processes, social security and legal benefits in Colombia
\nAdvanced English, C1, spoken and written
\nProficiency with HRIS or ATS tools and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
\nExperience with international companies or US based teams is strongly preferred<\/p>\n

Salary of COP $10.000.000 to $12.000.000 per month

\n100% remote within Colombia, with Colombian business hours and overlap with the US team
