We are looking for the Demand Planning Director with solid experience in S&OP and SupplyChain to join the team of a leading global footwear and retail multinational, operating in Colombia.
This is a newly created strategic role based in Medellín, reporting directly to the Country Manager, with a dotted line to the VP of Demand Planning at a global level.

Requirements:
– 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or S&OP, including team leadership experience
– Solid knowledge of forecasting methodologies, demand and supply principles, inventory management and related KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, service level, never out of stock availability)
– Hands on experience with planning systems such as Blue Yonder, SAP or similar APS tools
– C1 English proficiency and residency in Colombia required
