We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant with solid experience in Demand Planning and Supply Chain planning systems to join a growing supply chain planning software and consulting firm serving clients across the U.S.

Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience implementing, configuring, supporting or using supply chain planning software, with strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment. Client side experience as a software user is also welcome
Strong ownership: turns high level direction into detailed tasks, solves problems independently and escalates when blocked
Ability to lead a room: runs meetings, delivers trainings and confirms design decisions with clients, including mentoring experience
Experience working alongside technical teams and comfort using AI tools in daily work
C1 English proficiency, residency in Colombia and availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern and Central business hours
